The 5th Annual Chall Classic

The Chall Classic is a memorial golf tournament honoring the life and legacy of Christopher Edward Hall — a great engineer, and an even better friend.

The tournament is held annually to bring family, friends, and the community together in honor of a life that continues to leave a lasting impact. Each year, the tournament offers a meaningful way to celebrate his memory through a day of golf, competition, and reflection. More than just a round on the course, the event is a tribute to the relationships, stories, and legacy he left behind — bringing people together in the same spirit of friendly competition, generosity, and fun that he shared with those around him.

Bringing together a community of golfers, friends, and supporters, the event is rooted in tradition, respect, and purpose. Set on a championship-caliber course, the day features competitive play followed by a post-round gathering to award the Chris Hall Trophy to the winning group, as well as the trophies for the Closest to the Pin & Longest Drive Contests.

All proceeds from the tournament & dinner are donated to the Johns Hopkins Kimmel Cancer Center, supporting cancer research and care. Every swing supports the fight and every donation honors Chall's legacy.
